Dear Club Secretaries,

We are now starting to run training courses for new Technical Officials and refresher courses previously trained Technical Officials.  We would encourage all clubs to starting thinking about putting forward members of their club who will be available in 2012 to officiate.  As in previous years, we will be asking each club to put forward 2 of their members for each race they run.  For example, if your club runs 1 race next year, you will need to provide 2 members.  If you club runs 3 races, you will need to provide 6 members.
