Please have a read of the Track Training Plan before the sessions start back again at the Watershed Leisure Centre, Thursday 3rd November 8.30pm. We will be sticking to these plans as close as possible. Should you want to rough out your own plan while using the track on Thursday nights you can use our programme as a good starting base as well. The plan has different pace levels noted on it which should cater for runners of all abilities.
