Calling all sporting clubs

You are invited to an evening of sports and development coaching with

World Renowned Mickey Rubin

Strength and conditioning coach to top Jamaican and American athletes

Including Usain Bolt and Asafa Powell

Evening of coaching will include

Pre comp warm up / post comp cool down

Weights and ploy matching for speed

Mobility for jumps and hurdles with speed

Core strength for different age levels

Question and Answer session
