Hi All, as some of you may know we share some of our training sessions with the Marble City Cyclers. They operate a long cycle (roughly 70-100km's long) every Saturday and Sunday morning, leaving from the Kilkenny Castle gates. They used to meet at 10am during the Winter but this has now changed to their Summer hours of 9am. All members of KTC are free to join the Marble City Cyclers on this weekend cycle, so if you are looking to get some good miles under your belt please feel free to take part. Sessions are free, you must wear a helment and aero-bars (tri-bars) are deemed unsuitable.
