Due to popular demand have another 4 week swim coaching session available in the Watershed, starting this Friday at 19:30-20:30. Only 15 places available. You must be a KTC member to take part. Coaching will be on swim efficiency and technique. Swim distance covered will be approximately 1.5km. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. 40 euro for the 4 weeks must be paid on friday before the first swim session.
