RUN 3KM • CYCLE 19KM • RUN 3KM
Run Leg / 3km
The run legs takes place in the very scenic grounds of the Mount Juliet Estate and shall be on good quality internal roads. The 2nd run will be the same course as the 1st run. The run takes entrants out over the very scenic bridge in the grounds, allowing for some great views of the Mount Juliet Estate. The run shall be testing in places, finishing with an undulating finish to help spread out the field. There will be a nutrition stand on the 2nd Run giving out water at the turnaround point (roughly 1.5km into the run). Please note, there will be no water on the first run.

Cycle Leg / 19km
The cycle leg exits the ground of Mount Juliet through the Oldtown entrance to the grounds. On exiting, competitors will take a right towards Stoneyford; turn sharply left at the school and then complete a 19km looped course. Caution should be taken going through the town of Knocktopher and travelling around the roundabout. The route will bring them back in through the Equestrian entrance. The course itself is relatively flat, with 2 notable climbs; a hill at the start of the route as you exit Mount Juliet which shall help stretch out the field and a short, steep climb around kilometre 16 as you turn onto Jerpoint Hill.
